We (Mathias Hameeuw, Joseph Siebenaler and Davide Sorvillo) are three school friends with backgrounds in hospitality, architecture and business. During the COVID lockdown in Brussels, we started brewing beer at home with local ingredients. Some batches worked, some didn’t.. but it pushed us to dive into gastronomy.
We launched Satori Brewing Co. in 2020, working with breweries across Europe and getting our beers in bars in Luxembourg and abroad. In 2022, we teamed up with Stefano Rienzi, our brewmaster.
Interested in creating experiences, we developed 352umami, curating events for clients like PwC, the European Investment Fund and RTL. We also started our own series (CHEFSNIGHT) mixing food, scenography and music.
In 2022, we won an open competition to transform Charly’s Gare, a former tram stop in central Luxembourg. It’s now Bonne Nouvelle, a wine and snack bar. In 2024, it was named Gault&Millau’s Bar of the Year.

Now, there’s Satori Distribution: our platform for delivering well-sourced wines, beers and non-alcoholic bottles to private individuals and businesses.
