Hidden in the village of La Portera, Bodega Cueva has become one of the most respected natural wine estates in eastern Spain. Winemaker Mariano Taberner farms organically and works almost exclusively with indigenous yeasts, producing wines that reflect the dry Mediterranean landscape without excessive extraction or oak.
This blend combines the local strength of Bobal with the elegance and aromatic lift of Marselan.
Dark cherry, blueberry, violets and Mediterranean herbs lead into a fresh palate with silky tannins and remarkable drinkability despite its concentration.
