YOM celebrates two of Spain's great Mediterranean white grapes. Xarel·lo contributes structure, minerality and texture, while Macabeo brings freshness and aromatic lift.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled with minimal intervention, the wine reflects Bodega Cueva's philosophy of allowing the vineyard to speak naturally.

Expect citrus blossom, ripe pear, fennel, lemon peel and subtle almond notes carried by a beautifully dry, mineral finish.
