Concubine Weiß is everything a litre bottle should be: generous, vibrant and impossible to stop drinking. Georg Lingenfelder blends Riesling, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe into a wine that feels unmistakably Pfalz—fresh, aromatic and made for sharing around the table.
The vineyards around Grosskarlbach are rooted in limestone, loess and sandy soils, giving the wine both freshness and texture. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and the wine is bottled with as little intervention as possible to preserve its lively character.
Expect aromas of lemon zest, green apple, ripe peach and white flowers, followed by crisp acidity and a clean mineral finish.
