Produced from organically cultivated vineyards in Alt Penedès, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation before gentle ageing that preserves freshness and fruit rather than imposing oak.
The larger magnum format allows the wine to evolve more slowly, developing additional complexity while maintaining remarkable vibrancy. Bright cherries, blackberries and wild herbs mingle with subtle spice and earthy undertones, finishing with silky tannins and excellent balance.
