Produced using the ancestral method, this naturally sparkling Moscatell completes its fermentation in bottle, creating delicate bubbles without dosage or manipulation.

Unlike many Muscat wines, this remains completely dry, allowing the grape's floral perfume to shine without becoming heavy.

Orange blossom, fresh grapes, lemon zest and white peach are supported by lively acidity and fine bubbles, making it both refreshing and surprisingly gastronomic.

Oysters, ceviche, spicy Asian cuisine, goat cheese and aperitif platters.
