Parellada is one of Catalonia's historic grape varieties, traditionally associated with freshness and elegance. Here, Mas Tuets gives it a short skin maceration ("brisat"), adding texture and complexity while preserving the grape's natural lift.
Fermented spontaneously and bottled without unnecessary intervention, this is an orange wine defined more by finesse than extraction.
Bright citrus peel, dried apricot, chamomile, mountain herbs and subtle tea-like tannins lead to a long, savoury finish that rewards slow drinking.

Roasted vegetables, grilled octopus, poultry, hard cheeses and Middle Eastern cuisine.
