Mas Tuets is a tiny family project working organically in the hills of Alt Penedès, where Mediterranean sunshine is balanced by altitude and cooling evening breezes. Rather than chasing power, the wines are made to reflect freshness, place and drinkability.
Tot Blanc is the estate's introduction to this philosophy: an energetic white built from local Catalan varieties, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled with minimal intervention. The 2024 vintage produced healthy fruit with excellent acidity, giving the wine remarkable precision despite the warm growing season.
Expect aromas of citrus zest, crisp orchard fruit, wild fennel and white flowers. The palate is dry, lively and mineral, finishing with a subtle saline note that makes it incredibly food-friendly.
Food pairing
Grilled fish, oysters, burrata, seasonal vegetables, rice dishes and fresh goat's cheese.
