Tot Negre is Mas Tuets' interpretation of a traditional Catalan country red: approachable, honest and deeply connected to its landscape. Produced from organically farmed local vineyards and fermented with native yeasts, it reflects the estate's commitment to minimal intervention and maximum expression.
The combination of Mediterranean sunshine and cooler hillside vineyards produces a wine with generous fruit while retaining remarkable freshness.
Expect aromas of black cherry, blackberry and ripe plum layered with rosemary, thyme and cracked black pepper. The palate is supple and juicy, finishing with gentle tannins and a savoury mineral edge that encourages another glass.
This is a bottle designed to be opened around a table rather than saved for special occasions.
