Made as part of the Brutal! movement, this wine embraces complete freedom in the cellar: spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphur and nothing added simply for cosmetic reasons.

The result is energetic, slightly wild and constantly evolving in the glass. Aromas shift between orchard fruit, citrus peel, herbs and gentle savoury notes, while the palate remains remarkably fresh and vibrant.

Rather than seeking perfection, Tu ets Brutal celebrates authenticity and individuality.
