Grown on a striking mix of dolomitic limestone and gneiss-schist soils in the steep slopes of Eppan Berg, this Bronner is all about mineral precision. With a few days’ maceration and long wild fermentation, it offers notes of citrus peel, alpine herbs, and a cool, stony tension. Unfined, unfiltered, and aged on lees—pure mountain character in a glass.
