Lukas Krauß has become one of the most exciting young voices in Germany's natural wine scene, farming organically in the northern Pfalz and producing wines that balance precision with pure drinkability. His Crémant de Pinot Brut Nature is a perfect introduction to that philosophy.
Made from Pinot varieties and produced using the traditional method, this sparkling wine is bottled without dosage, allowing the fruit and terroir to speak without distraction. The cool nights of the Pfalz preserve vibrant acidity, while the region's limestone-rich soils bring tension and elegance to every glass.
Fine bubbles carry aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers and freshly baked brioche. The palate is bone dry, energetic and beautifully mineral, finishing with a refreshing saline edge that invites another sip.
